Disney Afternoon Q-Figs!

Step right up and come on in

Here’s where the fun begins!

The days of asking for more Disney Afternoon merchandise appear to be behind us as companies like Quantum Mechanics (QMx), Beast Kingdom, and Funko are self aware of the power of the Disney Afternoon with some epic nostalgic releases this year.

This week, QMx revealed new Q-figs that will be coming this Spring. These new announcement reveals included three Disney Afternoon figure releases. Usually when a company dips their toe in the Disney Afternoon pool, they go straight for the safe bet which is DuckTales, but QMx jumped right into the deep end announcing products from Darkwing Duck and Gargoyles.

We will update this blog with preorder links as soon as they are available.

Darkwing Duck

Preorder: Darkwing Duck Q-Fig

DW will be celebrating his 30th Anniversary with his very own Q-fig! This could be QMx’s most dangerous Q-fig yet. This figure will retail for $19.99.

Preorder: Goliath Q-Fig

Preorder: Demona Q-Fig

They live again! in statue form. The only other Gargoyles series merch and collectibles that we have seen lately have been the recent series of Funko POP! figures. QMx is starting a Gargoyles collection of Q-figs with the release of Goliath and Demona. Future releases in the Gargoyles collection could include Brooklyn, Lexington, Broadway, Bronx, Hudson, and Angela. Even more if David Xanatos and Elisa Maza are considered for the collection. Goliath and Demona will retail for $19.99 each.

These first few Disney Afternooniverse Q-Figs are excellent character choices, and I can’t wait to see what QMx has in mind for future releases from Darkwing Duck, Gargoyles, and other classic Disney Afternoon shows. Comment below or tweet us @DuckTalks to let us know what you think of these newly revealed Disney Afternoon Q-Fig collectibles. Which characters would you like to see QMx released next?
