The Chip ‘N Dale Rescue Rangers are having a banner year with the complete series being released on Blu-ray and the epic new Chip ‘N Dale Rescue Rangers winning an Emmy. To add to those two legendary achievements, the fine folks at MobyFox have released an officially licensed watch band for smartwatches. The smartwatch band is compatible with Apple Watch models Series 1-8, SE, and Ultra. The band also comes with a QR code to unlock 20 exclusive Watch Faces.

I didn’t even own a smartwatch, but the opportunity of adding a new Chip ‘N Dale Rescue Rangers item to my fit was something that I could not pass up. So I was inspired to purchase my first ever Apple smartwatch. I decided on the Apple Watch SE, and then I ordered the MobyFox band the next day.

What’s in the Box?

The box includes both sides of the smartwatch band and two additional lugs. The default lugs attached to the bands fit the 42/44mm size watches. The additional lugs in the box are to be used if you have a smaller 38/40mm watch.

My watch was a 44mm size Apple Watch SE so I was able to use the bands right out of the box without making any adjustments.

A paper with a QR code to unlock a collection of Chip ‘N Dale Rescue Rangers watch faces in the MobyFox app is also included in the bottom of the box.

There are twenty watches faces for you to choose from to customize your Apple Watch to match your Disney Afternooniverse. There are so many great options as you can see below. I can see myself switching up between all of these different Watch Faces. I do wish that there would have been a Watch Face or two that featured the rest of the Rescue Rangers crew: Monterey Jack, Gadget, and Zipper.

MobyFox always has great deals on their website. There was a recent BOGO promotion running when I purchased the Chip ‘N Dale Rescue Rangers smartwatch band. I chose a sweet Mandalorian smartwatch band for the second band in my order. It was really hard to choose which band to choose since there is a great variety to choose from on MobyFox’s website.

Final Thoughts

The Chip ‘N Dale Rescue Rangers smartwatch band from MobyFox is high quality Disney Afternoon goodness. MobyFox could have just went with generic Chip ‘N Dale as the design choice for their smartwatch band, but picking the Rescue Rangers design shows that they have great taste. I love the selection of exclusively designed Watch Faces that I can swap out whenever I like.

I would absolutely LOVE for MobyFox to release DuckTales, Darkwing Duck, and Gargoyles smartwatch bands. The Disney Afternoon is in extremely high demand with the renewed popularity of DuckTales from the DuckTales 2017 reboot, the upcoming Darkwing Duck comic and tv series, and 179,000+ units sold recently for the 1st issue of the new Gargoyles comic.
