This afternoon DuckTales official Twitter account announced that they were moving their content over to the official @DisneyTVA account.

There are a number of reasons why this may be happening. I did a quick search for other Disney Television Animation shows that have their own Twitter accounts, and DuckTales was in the minority. The move may just be to consolidate their resources.

Honestly, we haven’t seen a lot life over on the DuckTales Twitter account. I’m sure trying to balance the show’s long hiatuses make it difficult for the social media team to devote resources to the show.

Although my first reaction was to respond that the world is on fire, a deep breath later I am less convinced this is a sign that DuckTales is ending with season 3. I’ll believe season 4 is coming until I hear differently.
