DuckTales I’m back in comic form for a second month! If you missed issue #1 you may not realize the regular series ended with issue #20, and a three part mini began last month.

Issue one dealt with a story about silence, and now issue two focuses on science… and issue three is about a comic convention…

It’s another two-part story as Uncle Scrooge and company deal with a possible ghost in the Money Bin! But is it really a ghost, or is it just another experiment gone awry? After all, there are no such things as ghosts, right? Find out in “Phantom Science”!
Issue #2 of Silence And Science was another fun issue for the series. The story is mostly focused on Gyro Gearloose and Louie Duck but Manny, Little Bulb, and Scrooge also appear alongside a new mystery character.
The art in this series has been phenomenal from day one! I love the style and expression found in the pages of these stories. I can’t say enough about how much I love flipping through the stories and looking at the character designs and backgrounds. It’s just really fun art.
The story title is “Phantom Science!” and as I said earlier this issue focuses on Gyro. The situation that drives the plot is humorous and VERY DT2017 Gyro. I can hear Jim Rash performing this scene perfectly. I won’t spoil the details, but I did feel that Gyro either experienced a real turning point in his character development… or it was extremely out of character if we do not see some growth in season 3. Either way, I enjoyed the story and I cannot wait to see where Behling takes issue #3.
