Thirty years ago Disney Animation debuted DuckTales, a new take on Disney’s popular ducks. The show was based on the classic Barks and Rosa comics, and followed the adventures of Scrooge McDuck and his family. Kids of all ages were entertained by DuckTales in the late 80s and early 90s, and the show was the start of Disney Animation’s Disney Afternoon.

In 2017 Disney Animation has rebooted the series! A whole new generation will enjoy the adventures of Scrooge’s nephews Huey, Dewey, and Louie. At this point the show has aired a one hour premiere and three episodes. We’ve been introduced to updated characters like Webby, Mrs. Beakley, and Launchpad. We’ve experienced adventures at McDuck Mansion, Atlantis, and their home town McDuck Manor.
