It’s time to review some Muppets merch on the DuckTalks blog tonight.

Diamond Select Toys has repackaged some of their previous Muppets action figure releases into their new Best of Muppets product line. This is perfect timing for Muppets merch since the Muppet Show seasons 1-5 made it’s highly anticipated Disney+ debut last month.

Our great friends at Diamond Select Toys sent over their Best of Muppets series 2 figures for us to check out and review on our blog. Today we will take a closer look at the Statler and Waldorf figure 2-pack.

Packaging

The front of the box has a window that displays both figures and all of the accessories that are included with this figure pack.

The back of the box shows pictures of the other two figure packs that are in series 2.

Statler and Waldorf

These two hecklers each have fourteen points of articulation.

Accessories

The Diamond Select Toys Best of Muppets figure packs are full of great muppetsational accessories.

Accesories include: Balcony diorama

There could not be a more appropriate accessory for this figure pack than the balcony that Statler and Waldorf sit in to heckle the Muppets during each Muppet Show performance. The diorama comes in three easy to snap together pieces plus two chairs.

The great articulation in these two figures makes it really easy to have them seated in their balcony chairs.

Stan Lee hangs out with his old friends. As previously mentioned in our Diamond Select Toys Kermit and Miss Piggy figure pack review, the director chair accessory that is included with that pack is perfect for the Hasbro Marvel Legends Stan Lee figure.

Final Thoughts

Statler and Waldorf will now be heckling all of my action figures. This is a great figure set of Muppet legends that comes with a solid balcony diorama for your display.
