I believe IDW has been knocking it out of the park with their Disney comics. I’ve only recently expanded my monthly reads to include Uncle Scrooge and Walt Disney Showcase, but I’m looking forward to reading and sharing next week’s comics with you.
Anyway, IDW released the covers and issue descriptions for November’s comics and I thought we would continue the tradition of telling you about them.
DuckTales #15
The first comic we will look at is DuckTales #15. IDW has only shared one cover at the moment (Cover B), but it is a doozie. The issue description promises something new for the comic. We are used to two separate stories, but in November the the two stories will be part one and part two of a larger story of which Gyro invents something that tries to kill everyone. Check out the cover and description below!

Join us for a special two-part tale of mystery, mayhem, and technological terror as we present “The Greatest Invention He’s Never Had” Parts 1 and 2! It’s 20 pulse-pounding pages of action and suspense as Scrooge and company must deal with one of Gyro Gearloose’s unstable inventions after things (unsurprisingly) get out of hand!

Uncle Scrooge: My First Millions #3
Our second comic for November was a surprise to me! I somehow missed that a new Uncle Scrooge comic begins in September, and Issue #3 of four will be released in November. Uncle Scrooge: My First Millions will tell how Scrooge McDuck earned his first four million dollars. Each issue in the series will feature a million. I’m excited to start this series next month, and glad I noticed the description. Check out the two covers and description below. (P.S. the variant cover will be sent to retailers 1 for every 10 copies they order.
Uncle Scrooge: My First Millions #3—Cover A: Marco Gervasio

After amassing a fortune of two million dollars, you’d think that Scrooge McDuck would be content. Far from it—if there’s potential for more, Uncle Scrooge won’t rest until he’s richer! “My Third Million” finds Scrooge in unusual circumstances, and richer in both money and experience.

Mickey and Donald Christmas Parade #4
Last year I picked up one of IDW’s holiday books that featured Magica De Spell and Scrooge McDuck. This year it looks like we can expect some Mickey and Donald Christmas adventures. Mickey and Donald Christmas #4 includes two full size stories. The second story will feature Donald trying to convince Scrooge to give to the needy. This should be interesting. You know the drill, cover and description below.
