Lingering in the ocean blue
And If I had one wish come true
I’d surf ’til the sun sets beyond the horizon

This issue starts at the cliffhanger point from the previous four issue story arc which concluded in June. Lilo’s presence has been requested by the Grand Councilwoman of the United Galactic Federation. Stitch is not allowed to travel with Lilo, but Nani was allowed to come along as Lilo’s legal guardian. The Grand Councilwoman wanted to see Lilo because she was able to tame the dangerous experiment 626, Stitch. She wants Lilo to use her gift to tame another dangerous monster that is destroying a town. The monster is a giant purple and yellow T-Rex looking monster. Lilo approaches the monster in a mech armor suit. It turns out the monster was angry because it was tagged in the tail by an electro tag from the zoo. Lilo is able to remove the tag as the monster munches on her suit. The monster does not want to return to the zoo.
Stitch misses Lilo terribly on Earth. As he walks along the beach dragging a stick, he creates a track which draws the attention of a hunter. The track is believed to be from a brown snake which is an invasive species in Hawaii. Stitch learns the meaning of invasive species, and he believes it applies to him. The hunter finds an actual brown snake which Stitch is able to save and bring to Jumbaa and Pleakley, Lilo and Nani arrive back on Earth with one extra large passenger to add to their Ohana.

Lilo and Stitch fans are not going to want to miss this out of this world Roller Coaster Ride.
The next issue of Lilo and Stitch will surf into your local comic book shop in October. Be sure to check out the other current Dynamite Comics Disney releases: Gargoyles Quest and Hercules.
