Today, we will take a look at the Disney Villains Cruella De Vil #2 published by Dynamite Comics.

Things are not going great for our former-dognapper-turned-reformed-dog-liker. Her home is in disarray, her reputation is still in tatters, and suddenly…GOATS!? Can Cruella get a hold on her chaotic life, and is the cause of all this madness the mysterious woman that’s following her every move? (Spoiler: Yes.)

My Review

Cruella is trying to cope with the latest bad publicity that she suffered when the party that she hosted in the last issue went to the dogs. The charity auction that she signed up for to sell off her precious wardrobe with half the money going to an animal charity is coming up. She has to make the tough decision on what pieces of her clothing collection will be up for auction. Meanwhile…a mystery package with three goats arrives at Cruella’s house from someone named Emily that we will be introduced to later.

The goats get hungry, and what are they going to eat…Cruella’s wardrobe. The auction starts off about as great as Cruella’s recent party disaster; however, the bidders fall in love with Cruella’s outfits that have holes all over them from the goat’s recent meal.

This was another villainous issue where readers might start to feel sorry for Cruella. I can tell you that I am rooting for her to make her glorious comeback.

Darling…look out for Cruella De Vil!
