Herocross…if you have never heard of this toy/collectible company before now, you will be obsessed with them after this article.

Herocross is a Hong Kong based company that makes high quality licensed products. Their most popular series is their Hybrid Metal Figuration (HMF) Series. Hybrid Metal figures use both metal and plastic. The metal and plastic combination produces a high quality product with a great look and ultimate articulation. I would compare them in quality to another Hong Kong company, Hot Toys. Some of the licenses that they produce toys and collectibles for include Star Wars, Marvel, Disney, DC and more.

The Disney duck figures that Herocross has released includes: Scrooge McDuck, Huey Duck, Dewey Duck, Louie Duck, Webby Vanderquack, Donald Duck, and Daisy Duck. I am really hoping that additional ducks from classic DuckTales continue to get added to this line. #WeNeedLaunchpadMcQuack

We reviewed the Scrooge McDuck figure earlier this year, and it definitely lived up to the hype as my favorite Scrooge McDuck figure in my collection.

Herocross Scrooge McDuck Figure Review

Today we will take a closer look at the Webby Vanderquack figure.

Webby Vanderquack

Webby Vanderquack retails for $30 USD + Shipping on Herocross’ website. I have not seen many US online retailers selling Webby so you may have to order her directly from Herocross in Hong Kong.

Packaging

Webby comes in window packaging so that you can display in box or out of box, but as pretty as the box presentation is, there is no way that you are going to want to keep this one in tbe box. You can see a secondary face sculpt and a Webby doll accessory throught the box window.

Webby Vanderquack is #65 in the Hybrid Metal Configuration series.

I love the format of Webby Vanderquack’s name on the front of the box and how the “k” makes a Webby face. The Scrooge McDuck Herocross figure box has a similar name logo on it’s box.

The Figure

Webby’s figure design is straight out of classic DuckTales from 1987. The figure is extremely show accurate, and with all due respect it has so much personality that I can hear the late Russi Taylor’s voice when I look at it.

Webby has 12 points of articulation. The figure has a great weight to it due to being a hybrid of both metal and plastic. She stands really well due to his weight and articulation.

Accessories

Webby comes with a few accessories which really adds to the value of the figure.

Webby has two faceplates: Happy Webby and dont you dare mess with Uncle Scrooge angry face Webby.

The faceplate is really easy to swap out.

Webby has five alternate hands that will allow you to customize your figure for ultimate poseability. One hand is perfect for holding her Quacky Patch Doll. Two of the hands go great with her alternate angry face. The other two hands I call DuckTales Woo-oo hands.

Webby’s Quacky Patch Doll is also the perfect accessory to go along with this figure as she carried that doll with her everywhere on the show.

Final Thoughts

There have been many Webby figures released throughout the years, and the Herocross figure definitely stands out as my favorite from the classic DuckTales series.

Again, I really hope that Herocross continues to add to this Disney Duck figure line. There are so many possibilities for more characters from DuckTales, and I NEED THEM ALL….and also Darkwing Duck.

I ordered Donald Duck, Huey Duck, Dewey, and Louie Duck from Herocross. So those review blogs will be coming soon. I still need to order Daisy Duck.
